At Bluelands, we are addressing three major global challenges simultaneously: rapid urban growth leading to housing and space shortages, increased flood risk, and limitations on land reclamation.

De Solution

Bluelands developed a solution by creating new land on water with our turnkey, floating system constructed with readily available materials. This system, which can be assembled directly on water, features built-in insulation, and supports structures such as houses, apartments, offices, shops, and mixed-use developments within weeks from the start of construction. A key advantage is its ability to operate in waters as shallow as half a metre deep. With Bluelands, we transform water into serviceable land, pioneering a new era in floating solutions where innovation meets sustainability.

De Businesscase

Bluelands offers an adaptive business model, powering the supply chain of floating foundations worldwide. We sell square meters of new space to project developers (B2B) and governments (B2G) for building on top. We provide consultancy and guidance to partners for constructing superstructures and functional integration. We lead the supply chain development for floating land, infrastructure, and area development, broadening our portfolio of floating platforms for various needs. We have already promising leads in the sales pipeline with projected total revenue of €79.3M from 16 projects worldwide.
