Our customers have the challenge to lift Windmill jackets, or other structures with a vertical connection flange. At Q3 Heavy Lift we have come up with a solution to lift such jackets or other structures.

De Solution

Together with our partners we can offer an in-house design, engineering, production and commissioning of the customized jacket lifting tool for our clients. This tool is equipped with a classification according the latest specifications under Lloyd’s Register.

We have incorporated our many years of on-site, hands-on knowledge of lifting and handling challenges in the design of this New WLL 2000 ts Jacket Lifting Tool. The result is an Operator Centric Focused fully remote controlled – 9 camera feedback – Jacket Lifting Tool, which enables you to execute your project swift, safe and efficient.

De Businesscase

The straight forward, rigid single lifting point design enables simple and cost effective connection to any lifting hook. It operates totally independent from any external power source with a built-in 13kW stationary Diesel Engine power supply and Hydraulic Power Unit securing continuous safe and effective execution, every time, everywhere.

With this Jacket Lifting Tool we have raised the bar on operational handling, resulting in maximising Return On Investment and minimising operational costs. In advance we can offer a short leadtime from first draft to full operation and include a local training for commissioning.
