Een product is geen dienst. En de organisatie die gewend is om producten te leveren, moet heel goed nadenken wanneer zij diensten willen gaan aanbieden. Bij de workshop ‘Van een product naar een meer servicegerichte organisatie’ werd door Philips Innovation Services ingegaan op de verschillen in organisatievorm en aanpak. Aan de hand van een case en opdrachten kregen de deelnemers handvatten om naar de eigen organisatie, doelen en acties te kijken.
A product is not a service. And the organization that is used for delivering products must think very carefully when they want to offer services. At the workshop “From a product to a more service-oriented organization”, Philips Innovation Services discussed the differences in organizational form and approach. On the basis of a case and assignments, the participants were given tools to look at their own organization, goals and actions.
