Welcome Mark!

Let’s introduce … Mark Oosterveer is a broadly oriented technology enthusiast with a large network in the industry. With knowledge and interest in technical automation, production and maintenance, innovation and knowledge sharing in the manufacturing and process industry, Mark has started as a program manager at iTanks. Mark would like to introduce himself to you

‘My name is Mark Oosterveer, I live with my wife Daniëlle and daughter Nora in Alphen aan den Rijn. There wework on a nice balance between work, school and doing fun things, for example by doing nothing, making city trips, cooking and eating with friends, playing golf or running. And I have a 1983 Peugeot 504 Coupe in my garage which I plan to refurbishing for years.

After getting my Bachelors degree in Electronic engineering I started at a technical automation company where in 11 years I gained a lot of experience from electronics design, industrial automation, projectmanagement and as a part of the Management Team. After this, I switched to a publishing company where I made magazines for the process industry  and manufacturing industry as an editor in chief. After that I worked at Industrielinqs Publishing for about 11 years with a lot of energy and fun. However I thought it was time for something new. From January 2017 to June 1, 2018 I worked at online training platform SAM Safety as a business developer. iTanks is very involved with SAM as one of the founding partners. And now I’m going to work as a program manager at iTanks. I look forward to working close to the industry on knowledge sharing, innovation and connecting people and companies. ‘
